Manage your disk, single directories or network shares with this comfortable disk catalog. The file structure is stored in a compact database and can be viewed liked in Windows Explorer. The program can even catalog the contents or ACE, ARJ, CAB, JAR, RAR, TAR and ZIP archives. You can easily manage your data by using folders or categories. Give items in your database a description, a comment, an image thumbnail or other information, to find and identify them faster. Let the program create audio previews for multimedia files. Add password-protection to protect items in your catalog.To search for file, you can open multiple search dialogs with options for date, size, categories and extra information. The fast search function also supports wildcards. Once you found a file, you can open or copy it directly from within the program.
The program can automatically create descriptions for some file type, e.g. MP3s and WMAs. This feature is extensible by plugins. For Audio CD, the program can query information from freedb CD database, either directly when scanning a disc or as a batch run for multiple disc, or read it from cdplayer.ini or CD Text. To export or print data stored in your database, you can create customizable report, which can even show user-defined columns for information stored in file names. The program is fully Unicode capable.
